Originally from Western Massachusetts and now a proud FL resident since 2020, Eliza has been in the hair industry since 2010 and has been a licensed professional since 2015. Known as our color correction queen, she's ready to tackle any challenge that comes her way with expertise and creativity. When she's not working her magic behind the chair, you'll likely find her lost in a good book. Eliza is the easiest person to talk to, making everyone who sits in her chair feel like an old friend from the moment they meet.

DescriptMorgan, born & raised a Michigan girl, was ready to trade in those Great Lakes for the salty ocean lifestyle and her heart always longed to be in Florida. She prides herself on her authenticity and integrity, in and out of the salon. Her passion runs deep for all things hair but especially for high impact blondes, lived-in blondes and extensions. In her free time, you’ll find her doing anything her sweet pup wants to do, searching for a new brewery to enjoy, or soaking up the sun at the beach/pool. She would love to connect with you

With over 10 years of experience, Shannon is our Master Extension Specialist, mastering dimensional brunettes, lived-in blondes, and seamless extensions to deliver effortless mermaid-ready hair.

Shannon is originally from Michigan, but has lived in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Guatemala, shaping her signature beachy, surfer inspired style- effortless, textured and sunkissed. When she's not behind the chair you can find her reading at the beach, enjoying anything outdoors, or on a flight to find another adventure. Excited to have you come hangout and have lots of laughs, a great head massage and leave feeling and looking like an absolute dimepiece.

Delaney, from Northern Colorado, brings a touch of western flair to our team. She’s a pro at creating stunning, high-impact blondes and can pack more foils into a head than anyone else we know. Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Maya always knew she’d find her way to Florida, and now that she’s been in Tampa for over a year, she couldn’t love it more! Outside of the salon, you’ll often find her soaking up the sunshine, taking a workout class, or trying new restaurants with friends.

In the salon, Maya specializes in creating seamless blondes and dimensional brunettes that look effortless and natural. Beyond beautiful hair, what she treasures most about her career is the genuine relationships she builds with each client. Margarita brings a vibrant mix of Pennsylvania roots and Greek heritage to the salon, proudly speaking Greek and bringing warmth wherever she goes. She’s happiest with sand beneath her feet and the ocean breeze in her hair—there’s nothing like a beach day to recharge her soul. Behind the chair, Margarita finds purpose in making women feel confident and beautiful, and she pours her heart into every appointment. Her warm energy, attention to detail, and love for connecting with people make her a natural in this industry.

Kyleigh is passionate about helping clients embrace their natural texture and find the perfect shade of blonde that brings their features to life. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of both curly hair and dimensional blonding, she creates styles that are effortlessly lived-in and uniquely tailored.

Outside the salon, Kyleigh loves the thrill of hunting for vintage treasures—antique jewelry, quirky trinkets, and anything with a story to tell. Whether she’s drawing, crafting, or diving into a DIY project, creativity is at the heart of everything she does.

Felice is an assistant and emerging Level 1 stylist currently taking models to build her portfolio. She specializes in all things blonde — especially blonde transformations and gray blending — and her signature styling is a bouncy blowout finished with classic pin curls. When she’s not behind the chair, Felice can be found at the beach, lost in a book, or experimenting in the kitchen. She shares her life with two big dogs, Jackson and Bourbon.

Delaney is an assistant and soon-to-be Level 1 Stylist who specializes in creating bright, beautiful blondes. She focuses not only on achieving clients’ dream hair color but also on aftercare and overall hair health, leaving hair in better condition than before. Her goal is to make every appointment feel like self-care rather than an errand, so clients leave feeling relaxed, confident, and refreshed. Outside the salon, Delaney enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending the day at amusement parks. She looks forward to having you in her chair.
