She received her education at Paul Mitchell and continued refining her craft as a Redken Certified Design Stylist. Additionally, Brazilian Blowout certified. She’s gifted in balayage and lived-in color, as well as advanced cutting and loves doing something different day by day. She enjoys using new techniques on her guests, keeping her skills fresh and current. When not behind the chair, Heather loves traveling and exploring new places around the globe.

Originally from California and now calling Florida home, I’m a licensed hairstylist with 11 years of experience specializing in blondes and dimensional, lived-in hair—and known as the blowout queen for delivering the best, bounciest blowouts. I also offer wedding hair and event styling, helping clients feel their most confident for life’s most meaningful moments.
Creating effortless, dimensional results while prioritizing client comfort is at the heart of everything I do. My chair is a space where you can truly relax and feel taken care of. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me at Pilates, spending time with my dogs, or checking out a new local coffee shop. I can’t wait to meet you and have you in my chair! -

With 7 years of experience behind the chair, Casey brings both skill and passion to every guest she serves. Originally from Lexington, KY, Casey made the move to sunny St. Pete in August 2024 and has quickly made her mark with her eye for effortless, lived-in color. She is certified in hand-tied extensions and specializes in creating seamless, natural transformations that boost confidence and style. Outside of the salon, Casey is a proud mom to her 4-year-old daughter, Cove. Whether it’s a day at the beach, a dip in the pool, or an outdoor adventure, she loves spending time soaking up the Florida sunshine with her family

When she’s not soaking up the sun, you’ll find her thrifting unique fashion finds and giving them a second life through resale. A recent cosmetology grad, Haley is now assisting in the salon as she works her way toward taking her own guests on the floor. Her passion for beauty, style, and making people feel their best shines through in everything she does.

A Florida native with a deep love for hair, water activities, and reggae music, Kailey specializes in high contrast balayage and stunning brunettes. With a career in the hair industry starting in 2008, Kailey has honed her craft through educating at Paul Mitchell Schools from 2013 to 2020, where she also served as the Education Director. In 2022, she founded Drift Salon, bringing her expertise and passion to her own space.
